Do you have to be an ARC Church to attend the ARC Conference?

Anyone in ministry can attend the ARC Conference! We see lead pastor couples, members of church staff, non-profit leaders, and key church volunteers all attend the ARC Conference. The churches represented are from different denominations, networks, and backgrounds.

Can I attend the ARC Conference if I am based outside of South Africa?

Anyone in ministry can attend the ARC Conference! We see attendees travel from all across Southern Africa and the world to attend. Attendees must plan their own travel accommodation.

Is childcare available?

We love your kids, but unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare at the ARC Conference. A nursing mother’s room will be available.

Is food provided?

Your ARC Conference registration will include coffee, snacks, and lunch on both days. Attendees will need to provide their own breakfast and dinner each day. There will be a variety of restaurants and food trucks open for buying breakfast and dinner. If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs, we encourage you to bring supplemental snacks.

Will the ARC Conference be broadcast online?

We believe the ARC Conference is best experienced in person. At ARC, we truly value the relationships you can make at the ARC Conference that will last far beyond the week. Currently, there is no plan to broadcast the sessions online.
