How can I cancel/edit/or add to my registration?

You can go back to our conference website to get back into our registration system. Then you should be able to edit your current registration. Refunds will not be given for cancelled registrations. If you have questions or any trouble, you can email Lauren Hurst at

When will I receive my wristbands?

Wristbands will be mailed out so that you will receive them at least one week prior to the conference. If you do not receive yours or don’t get the proper amount, this can easily be resolved at the conference. Just visit our Registration Station and our team will take care of you.

Do we give letters of invitation for international VISA applications?

No, we are unable to provide letters of invitation. If you have any further questions about travel, etc., you can email Will Johnson at

Will childcare be provided?

While families are extremely important to us, because the ARC Conference is an adult event there will not be childcare available. For circumstances where it is mandatory for an infant to attend there will be a nursing mothers room available.

What meals are included at the conference?

Lunch is provided both days. We will have a snack bar at our ARC Lounge in the foyer throughout the conference that will be open to all attendees, as well as an After Party concluding the conference on Tuesday evening where sweet treats will be provided.

If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs, we encourage you to bring supplemental snacks. Also, if you are a latte lover, you may want to bring some extra money to purchase a specialty coffee beverage from the Highlands Cafe. Regular and decaf brewed coffee will be provided free of charge.
