FAQs

Do you have to be from an “ARC church” to attend the ARC Conference?

Anyone in ministry can attend the ARC Conference! We see lead pastor couples, members of church staff, non-profit leaders, and key church volunteers all attend the ARC Conference. The churches represented are from different denominations, networks, and backgrounds.

How do I receive my conference credentials?

You will receive your conference wristbands onsite at your registered location. Please come prepared with your QR code ticket, as this will serve as proof of your registration. This QR code will be emailed out to all attendees closer to the event.

I already registered for the ARC Conference, how do I find out how many tickets I registered for?

You can pull up your order by clicking the “Manage Attendees” link in your original confirmation email. You can also go to brushfire.com/my and log in or enter the email you used when registering. You will receive an email from Brushfire with a link to access your events. Select the upcoming event you registered for. You will then be able to see all of the tickets you have registered and make adjustments to the tickets as needed. If you are unable to access either of these, please email [email protected].

Is my ARC Conference registration refundable?

We want to provide the best experience possible for ARC Conference attendees and be great stewards of the budget. We are not able to refund registration fees, but please know that your investment supports the training and equipping of our church planters.

Is childcare available?

We love your kids, but unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare at the ARC Conference. A nursing mother’s room will be available.

Is food provided?

Your ARC Conference registration will include coffee, snacks, and lunch on Tues. and Wed. There is also a specialty coffee bar with items available for purchase. Attendees will need to provide their own breakfast and dinner each day. *If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs, we encourage you to bring supplemental snacks.

Are there hotel discounts available?

Yes! We are partnering with WayPoint Travel. For booking flights, rental cars, or additional travel needs, please contact Shelly Overbey-Higgins at [email protected].

Will the ARC Conference be broadcast online?

We believe the ARC Conference is best experienced in person. At ARC, we truly value the relationships you can make at the ARC Conference that will last far beyond the week. Currently, there is no plan to broadcast the sessions online.

How can my business/organization sponsor the ARC Conference?

We have a variety of ways you can sponsor the ARC Conference, for more information please contact our Resource Partner team at [email protected].
